Innovative and unpredictable Uranus, turns retrogrades August 25. Time for tension to ease up and regain your enthusiasm.

Expansive and lucky Jupiter is in fiery, go-getter and careless Aries, turned retrograde July 29th. I can use some lazy days, how about you? Be assertive but not careless!

Nebulous Neptune retrogrades until December 4. Keep the rose colored glasses off.

A brief description of August 2022 (paragraph 1).

You can’t go wrong in this month, if you listen to your heart August 1 to 6, your logic August 7 to 12 and have fun after the 13th! A magnanimous disposition can serve you well, within reason: this means, although it is wonderful to be generous and enjoy a jolly good time, overindulgence and being a show off, is quite unpleasant. Instead of recharging your battery, renewing your relationship with your children or loved ones and benefiting from a fun, passionate and creative month, you could loose opportunities or allies, if you are out of control. Look after your Solar Plexus, spine, digestive and nervous system. Keep your energy and wallet in check. There is an abundance of activity after August 27 and well into September. Saving some of your good energy and resources can make a big difference, between successfully putting your affairs in order in September or not. On a collective level, we need to vote, literally and figuratively, ‘hot heads’ out of our lives.

July 1-14:

August makes a gallant entrance on the 1st, with the life giving Sun, (your solar charged battery) in a most auspicious aspect (trine) with lucky and expansive Jupiter. Want to catch this beautiful and prosperous wave to August 13 and beyond? Avoid abrupt or explosive behavior (and people, walk away from a fight) between August 1-10. This way you can benefit in love (an unexpected development with a significant other, a new and promising love) or money (a cash flow injection or financial prospect), on August 2-3. Venus sextiles Mars, Uranus and the North Node- Karma!

Listen to your heart on the 8th and stay away from power games. Replace an egocentric or stubborn behavior, with generosity and a flexible mentality on the 10-11th. If something doesn’t feel right, whatever this may be, it’s not for you. Feeling brave, passionate and magnanimous on the 12? Loving Venus enters fiery Leo on the 12th. There is a Full Moon at 19 degrees 21′ Aquarius, on the 11th EDT / 12th GMT.

In order to harvest the positive influence from such a moon, you need to balance cerebral to emotional instincts. If you manage to ‘sieve’ your emotions through common sense, you can actually turn a ‘nuclear’ energy into powerful, clean energy, (the kind that helps

August 15-31:

Take full advantage of the auspicious days that follow, until the end of the month. Whether you’re on holidays or working, the overall pulse is vivacious, fun loving, passionate, with a good dose of out of the box thinking and an interest in the obscure. Some will receive an unexpected raise, bonus or boost to your finances, August 17-19. You can meet a special someone from a different country or receive good news from an overseas contact, by the 26th. In some cases, a psychological wound from the past or health/addiction issue, can be resolved. You may not want to push the issue in a relationship or partnership on the 27th (aggressive Mars squares intuitive New Moon*). You are doing better, not out of the woods yet, but will be soon. Are 3 more months, that long to wait? Keep plugging along, don’t give up now.

Astro Tip for the Fixed zodiac family (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius, or people with points to your charts here); unpredictable Uranus (retrograde) after August 25th conjuncts the North Node (Karmic evolution) at 15-18 degrees Taurus and 15-18 degrees Scorpio, which is though at difficult angle, to limiting Saturn (retrograde) at 20-22 degrees. The Saturn square and retrograde phases, can be a great opportunity to regroup. You may notice occasionally, astrological dates can seem to be one (1) day off, (for example a planet enters a sign on the 12/13). This occurs because calculations are based on Tropical Midnight Ephemeris, Time Zone EDT (04 west). Add or subtract hours, based on your Time Zone.
