Happy Productive September to all!

This September is quite busy indeed! An all inclusive experience I dare say, so please invest in yourself and read all the information that follows, even if it takes a little more time than usual.

During the course of summer 2019, a great number of people stated to me that last summer was much better for them that this one. Therefore i feel compelled to share my angle on this. In my humble opinion although last summer seemed better, this one actually is better. Loss or making room for the new in our life is a rather disruptive, even painful process at times. Loss on a personal and collective level peaked during July 2019, as it carried events that have been taking shape since 2008 due partly to a forced total global socioeconomic restructure. Are not most of us currently aware of the climate change and its devastating effects? The global economic crisis? The imbalance when power and control fall into the hands of a few? Most people in positions of power demonstrate a sociopathic behavior by definition. Please read online the statements made by Italy’s deputy prime minister Matteo Salvini on August 11, as he mocked exhausted and abused people seeking refuge and actor Richard Gere for supporting them and Spanish Proactiva Open Arms, the voluntary organization involved. Did we think that forcing people out of their homes and countries, so we can maintain our lifestyle, would not directly affect us because we don’t leave next door to each other? Astrologically speaking, it is all about Pluto in Capricorn 2008-2023. If you are not familiar with astrology, this translates to a transit of the planet of transformation and power games under the influence of an austere and bottom line oriented zodiac sing. A recipe for success for the few, no matter what the cost.

Luckily planetary transits are Not the cause of events, rather the reflection of our choices followed by consequent end results. This is good news, because it is up to us to undo our negative actions and reinforce the positive ones. Let us find out how to use September’s planetary aspects to seek and determine our balance point. Who would want to carve a marble statue on clay feet, after all?

Before i go into details regarding our solar system’s planetary interactions and how they relate to us, here is a very brief introduction of our planets in order of distance from the sun, closest to furthest, to the newcomers who are curious enough to visit but really have no clue about astrology and zodiac signs.

• Sun: center of our galaxy, associated with Leo, sign of creative force-Helios in ancient Greece, the god of light.
• Mercury: nearest to the sun and fastest moving, associated with Gemini and Virgo, signs of communication-Hermes in ancient Greece, messenger for the gods.
• Venus: next in line and second brightest star on our sky, associated with Taurus and Libra, signs of strength and beauty-Aphrodite in ancient Greece, goddess of love.
• Earth: following suit, the planet of life growth, associated only by element (earth) with Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn- Gaia in ancient Greece, the primal mother earth goddess.
• Moon: the earth’s only natural satellite, associated with the sign of Cancer, sign of nurture- Artemis goddess of hunting and a healer of women.
• Mars: the red planet, associated with Aries, sign of assertion and drive –Aris in ancient Greece, god of war.
• Jupiter: the largest planet of our system radiates double the light it receives from the sun, associated with Sagittarius, sign of expansion and illumination- Zeus, in ancient Greece the god of gods.
• Saturn: next the ringed majestic planet of order, associated with Capricorn, sign of duty and dependability-in ancient Greece the god Pan, protector of woodlands and shepherds.
• Uranus: the gas giant, associated with Aquarius, the sign of innovation- Aquarius or beautiful Ganymede, the son of Trojan king Tros, was taken to Mount Olympus by Zeus to act as cup-carrier to the gods.
• Neptune: a striking blue giant, associated with Pisces, the sign of healing and illusion- in ancient Greece representing the fish into which Aphrodite and her son Eros transformed
• Pluto: the yellow dwarf planet or huge asteroid, associated with Scorpio, the intense truth-seeker- he was called on earth by Goddess Artemis to kill Orion who wanted to destroy all animals.

In order to better understand the gifts and traps of September, traditionally a Virgo month, we need to understand what blessings in disguise and excess energy it inherited from August. The end of the summer on the northern hemisphere is nothing most of us look forward to. Combined with forced changes on a personal and professional level for so many, no wonder it is hard in the beginning of September to stay positive. A cluster of planets accumulated in practical, order loving Virgo this August. On the 18 go getter Mars entered Virgo, so did Venus on the 21/22nd. The Sun entered Virgo on the 23rd. On the 29/30th Mercury entered its natural Virgo position. On the same day, the Sun in Virgo trined Uranus* and infused our endeavors with innovation, positive and constructive energy. A New Moon in 6 degrees Virgo emerged on August 30-31, with Uranus also in 6 degrees Taurus, supporting practical new beginnings.

So why the long-faces?

• Because we know now that the object of our affection is so much less than what we deserve. And we still want them. And despite our heart’s desire, we let them go.
• Because we love our family but respect our individuality as well, so we can not allow them to control us anymore.
• Because our business partner/boss betrayed us and used our skills to promote their agenda and toss us to the wolves.
• Because we were wronged by the powers that be, legally, financially, ethically.

Because most of us needed the summer to last a little longer. To recuperate from an illness, physical or emotional. To recharge our battery, from whatever situation drained it. As positive as some planetary aspects may be during September, getting back into “the grind”happened too fast it seems. Let us see how we can best utilize these transits and make the most of its offerings.

A Neptune-Jupiter Power Game

Please bear in mind throughout September, that Neptune* although in retrograde motion, is activated through opposition by the above mentioned cluster of planets in Virgo and Jupiter* aspects. A certain degree of deception is emphasized. During 2019 Jupiter* squares Neptune thrice, a) On January 13 at 14 degrees Sagittarius, b) On June 16 at 18 degrees Sagittarius and final, c) On September 21st at 17 degrees Sagittarius. If events occurred in your life at those dates, in September you could get closure. Health focus: take care of the digestive track and beware of substance abuse. Observe water safety rules during related sports activities or travel. This includes driving all types/sizes of boats. Ice and snow are also water, so same caution applies, including the Alaska/Northern Pole zone and Southern Hemisphere.

The need to put our affairs in the best order possible is apparent on September 1st, as Mars conjuncts the Sun. This aspect lasts until the 5th, be assertive not aggressive. Also on the 1st, out-of-the-box ideas and sudden news/agreements brighten our day, as Mercury in its natural Virgo element trines Uranus* in Taurus. September 1st Venus trines Saturn*, calling for relationship stability. On September 3rd Venus squares Jupiter*. Playful and expansive or serious and limiting? September 4th it opposes Neptune*. Fogy conditions? If you are not certain regarding a love/finance decision, sleep on it. By the 6th chips should fall into place as Venus trines Pluto*. If however, on the same day, your vision is still blurry due to a Mercury square Jupiter, followed on the 8th by a Sun square Jupiter, do not fret. Literally, do not fret if the Sun trine Saturn* on the 7th did not help solidify plans; because on the 8th and 9th Mars trines Saturn and helps us push forward. September 9, Mercury trines Pluto* and along with the Mars-Saturn trine, long term goals/plans/efforts, come to fruition. Do not take things on face value on the 10th as Sun opposes Neptune.

Take things in stride on the 11/12 as Mars in Virgo squares Jupiter in Sagittarius. Venus conjunct Mercury on the 13th, gives a short breather in love and money. Erratic energy is mounting as the build up for the Full Moon on 14th at 21 degree Pisces approaches. Deception comes to light. It can be caused by others or ourselves. Keep the balance between dreams and reality as the Full Moon is surrounded by a deceitful Jupiter* square Neptune*, September 13 to 18. Meanwhile Mercury and Venus enter Libra on the 15th looking for harmony and justice. Saturn* turns direct on September 18/19! This is good news overall, especially for those who want to positively apply hard lessons learned and solidify plans. This aspect is accented on the 19th by an energy infusing Mars in Virgo trine Pluto in Capricorn. Venus aspects Uranus* on the 20th. On the 21st Neptune squares Jupiter. Stay grounded. If it is too good to be true it probably is. Mercury in Libra squares Saturn in Capricorn on the 22nd. Words exchanged in impulse may get the best of you. Sun enters balance seeking Libra 23/24 September. Mercury aspects Neptune* on the 24th, so beware of traps/illusions; it sextiles Jupiter* on the 25th and brings good news regarding plans of expansion or legal issues. Venus squares Saturn* on the 25th so try to balance being over-permissive against being rigid on all life aspects. Mercury squares Pluto* on the 27th. Easy does it. Be prudent with contracts/agreements, especially with large corporations. The New Moon in 5 degree Libra on the 28th is about new beginnings. seeking balance for overall Wellness and a refocus on love/partnerships. Venus aspects Neptune* on the 28, be alert and grounded with issues regarding love and money, in order to avoid deception or severe conflict when Venus squares Pluto* on Oct. 1st. Chiron is in retrograde motion at 5 degrees Aries and the South Node is in 14 degrees Capricorn. Cardinal signs and charts with points on cardinal signs stay focused and grounded.

Before we look at each Zodiac Sign for the month of September please read the following important brief paragraph regarding retrogrades (Rx).

Does mentioning retrogrades-Rx- make you uneasy? Sure, the larger planets are currently on a retro-party mode!. Allow me however to share the following with you; during delays and what often seem like blockages, i find this to be the best window in time to clear my mind, reevaluate goals, stop and smell the roses and avoid traps! And when i am done being self absorbed and shift my focus to others and their needs, well then it becomes clear that no amount of obstacles can take away the value of a kind gesture, no matter the scale, so volunteer or give back what you can in any way you are able to!. Remember, balance is always key so do not overthink, instead try to adopt the notion that retrogrades, squares or oppositions can be challenging aspects to a degree but more often than not are blessings in disguise!!

This can bring forward prickly discussions or headaches/digestive issues caused by such ‘nitpeaking’ conversations or a long term health condition. On the 5th, Mercury trines Saturn*, confirm information, state your case. Take a back seat -i know you despise this!- and you will protect yourself from a Mercury-Neptune* deceptive opposition on the 7th and a Sun-Jupiter*square on the 8th. On the 7th however, tap into the passion/money due to a Venus trine Pluto. Do not over-indulge. Use your remaining positive energy on the 13th, when Mercury conjuncts Venus and Pluto trines the Sun. Easier for you to address your love/money concerns, or claim what is rightfully yours.

All roads lead to Rome, as do aspects, since Fall 2016 lead to the final decisions you will be making whether to yourself or others. The Full Moon on the 14th at 21 degrees Pisces, finds you at the gates of Rome! On the same day your ruler Mars opposes Neptune. If you feel confused, disoriented, or overoptimistic you might want to rethink your next move. Most Aries have at least one, if not more, personal planets in neighboring Pisces, so this Full Moon can be quite important. On the same day Venus and Mercury enter Libra, as does the Sun on the 23rd, meaning all these aspects can be more intense throughout September for March born Aries. You are at a turning point in your life, giving yourself 2-3 more weeks might not be a bad idea. Taurus

This month is all about putting all your affairs in order! I thought you would like this, you feel you deserve it and to a great extent, many of you do, as you have worked extra hard. A cluster of personal planets in your fellow earthy Virgo, two major

players Saturn* and Pluto* in earthy Capricorn, and the South Node in Capricorn. Do you see several wonderful trine aspects coming your way? Does it seem too good to be true? Expanding your current love/housing/offspring/business affairs or creating new ones, are indeed the order of the month. Deceptive Neptune*, although still in retrograde motion, can entrap even you, one of the most logical of the zodiac signs. September 1st your ruler Venus trines Saturn*, calling for relationship stability. On the same day Mercury tines Uranus* in your sign at 6 degrees. Innovation or progressive ideas come to play, especially for April born Taureans. Technology is your friend. Mars conjuncts the Sun in your friendly Virgo September 2nd and can give the green light for a long awaited project or contract agreement. On the same day 14/15 Mercury and Venus enter Libra, your fellow sign under Venus rule. Despite all the positive September aspects for Bulls, if the overall great days which led to this Full Moon find you a bit drained, simply take care of yourself. You will feel better on the 19/20th when a Mars trine Pluto* brings success at your door. Neptune* is still misbehaving as it squares Jupiter* on the 21st, you may feel under the weather until the 23rd. Choose your words wisely with Mercury square Pluto* on the 26. The New Moon on the 28th at 5 degrees Libra marks the beginning of a new life cycle as it calls on us to let go of any person or situation that makes us feel off kilter. You most certainly have had your share of activity, exciting moments and new challenges through expansive conditions last month. This hyperactivity spills into the first September fortnight and

finds you, to a certain extent, depleted of energy. Try to use healthy outlets to refuel. Beware of hyperbole on all levels throughout the month, as Neptune at 17 degrees Pisces squares your Sun, specifically if you are born around June 6. A cluster of planets in Virgo, a Full Moon and Neptune in Pisces and Jupiter in Sagittarius orchestrate a creative, proactive but also illusive month for your Mutable family, (Gemini, Sagittarius, Pisces and Virgo). September 1st your ruler Mercury trines innovative Uranus*, keep your ear on the ground and make sure you jolt down those amazing new ideas. The next day Mars conjuncts the Sun fueling the ongoing projects. Try to pace yourself when possible. Your ruler Mercury, in charge of communication and health, conjuncts Mars on the 3rd and trines Saturn on the 5th. You may receive or deliver good news, be part of a network that can help solidify plans. Mars-Mercury interaction, aggression, communication and health, can exhaust you by the 7th. Did you also learn the difference between being sensitive and being sensitive towards yourself? Great. You are not as attached to money? Even better! This way you can truly enjoy the fruits of your labor and navigate through the traps Neptune* lays out for all of us. Uranus* continues to surprise you, do investigate new and innovative ideas or a new social network September 1st, as the rebel planet trines Mercury. On the same day Venus forms a beautiful trine with Saturn* across your Sun. Take your relationship to the next level, rekindle an older one or take a chance on a new one, this could be the one! September 2nd Mars conjuncts the Sun and you are full of energy, on the phone, placing orders to upgrade your business, taking on new projects, you are implementing beneficial changes. Surely you can not complain about the good times you had this past August! Well you could, but nobody wants to listen to that, not even you! Surely your hard work the last 7 years is starting to

pay off and you most certainly have earned what is coming to you. This includes however, dissatisfaction to a certain extend, from coworkers and family/children you may have pushed too hard. Organization is one of your top qualities, so during September instead of trying to do it all at once, perhaps you can be more productive if you focus on work for the first fortnight and love/relationships on the second. Let your children know but do not make promises you may not be able to keep. You are met in September 1st and 2nd by three positive aspects, especially for July born Leos partly due to Uranus’s* presence. Venus trines stabilizing Saturn* and Mercury tines Uranus* on the 1st. You receive unexpected good news which you could apply on a project the next day, during a Sun-Mars conjunction. Invest with caution, as money ebbs this month. Neptune* confused you? Look on the 5th, during the Mercury trine Saturn* to solidify deals or the 9th, when Mars trines Saturn* and Mercury trines Pluto*. Still talking big about big money? On the 13th Venus conjuncts Mercury and the Sun trines Pluto*, all aspects occur on earth signs. This can benefit you if you tap into your fixed sign abilities and stay grounded, practical and detail oriented.

If it is still pending, avoid traps caused by intense communication, obsessive behavior and power games, sprinkled with a dust of illusion. The stage is set on the 21st as Jupiter* squares Neptune*, the 25th as Venus squares Saturn*, the 26th as Mercury squares Pluto* and the 28/29 as Mercury squares Pluto*. Virgo

Happy Birthday Month Virgo!

You may prefer not to be the center of attention, but this is one wish you will not be granted this September! Even Virgos in the public eye, involved in media or human-centered related services, have a hidden shy bone.

If your birthday is in August you are already enjoying a delayed vacation, bonus or new acquaintance. September Virgos are currently enjoying the fruits of their labor. (Please, also read the August Tips on Virgo, as the ground for this birthday period and fresh start was laid then). Virgos are usually looked upon for their detail oriented abilities, dependability and investigative skills. I am not sure why there is not often enough a reference to your highly creative and sexual side. Perhaps because you hide it so well.
